Despite numerous festivities, the economic context continues to tilt towards caution and pessimism, with a declining Consumer Confidence again this month, higher inflation rates and unlikelihood of an imminent interest rate relief.
It is becoming increasingly critical for Luxury players, across retail, hospitality and beyond, to nurture authentic client relationships day after day to cut through the noise and (re)build purchase confidence in the most genuine way.
